This is by far the best team in Dane County! The Jo Ferraro Team went above and beyond when it came to the sale of our home. “Friendly, helpful, flexible, and quick” should be the team’s slogan. This was our 3rd home sale and by far the best treatment and experience we’ve had. After our first meeting, the house was ready with amazing photos in under a week. Working with Jo Ferraro Real Estate, we absolutely feel like we got the dream team. Our agent had great insights for us on timing of when we put our house on the market based on when we were moving from the area and hoped to purchase our next home.
