Cortney's journey into the world of real estate began at a young age, thanks to her father's ownership of a successful real estate company. Growing up in Monroe, Wisconsin, weekends were often spent exploring new property listings and working on house flips as a family. Real estate was not just a career; it was a way of life. 

During her high school years, Cortney started working in the bustling real estate office, where she eagerly took on administrative tasks, organized paperwork, and warmly welcomed clients. These early experiences fueled her passion for the industry, setting her on a path toward a career in real estate. 

In 2008, Cortney earned her real estate license, marking the official start of her professional journey. Over the years, she has continually honed her skills, staying abreast of market trends and earning a reputation for excellence.

Outside of her real estate endeavors, Cortney leads a fulfilling life. She's an avid runner, a dedicated attendee of Burn Boot Camp, and a passionate golfer. Spending quality time with friends and family is a top priority, and she relishes the opportunity to create lasting memories with loved ones. Cortney's love for adventure takes her to various destinations, where she enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, surfing, and boating. 

Cortney's commitment to her community is equally noteworthy. She has been an active part of the Girls on the Run program for four years, helping to empower young girls to be confident, joyful, and healthy through interactive running programs.
