Katie Cappozzo is a dedicated real estate professional with a lifelong fascination with real estate and a particular passion for the investment side of the industry. After more than 25 years of sales experience across five different industries, Katie brings a strong entrepreneurial background and a wealth of business experience to her real estate career. She has owned and operated her own businesses and been part of startups since college, giving her a unique understanding of the connection between hard work, strategy, and results.
Katie chose to join Jo and the Ferraro Real Estate Team because of the team’s extensive knowledge, diverse real estate experience, and welcoming, collaborative environment. She appreciates the autonomy that real estate provides and is energized by the direct connection between the effort she puts in and the results she can deliver for her clients.
Katie believes that her business background, sales experience, and genuine enthusiasm for real estate allow her to provide thoughtful guidance and a personalized experience to every client. She is especially excited to help clients explore the opportunities real estate can provide, including the potential to build long-term wealth through investing.
Outside of real estate, Katie stays busy with her husband, Dave, and their three children. When she has free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family on the lake.
