"Ryan Robinson was amazing in getting me a house to buy."
For weeks he sent me emails of houses for sale in the area I was looking. They were in the price range I requested. If there were questions, he was always available to obtain answers for me. He showed me one property and was able to tell me that other homes already had offers.
When at last a house was available, he showed it to my son at Aarons' earliest convenience. Again, he got answers to many questions about the house in Milton. During this process he was emailing and calling me on updates. He put in an offer that was accepted. An inspection was set up quickly that confirmed no problems with the house. The closing date was set, and he made sure all financing was in order again with phone calls. He met my my son and me early on closing day to go through the house again. I went to the bank to get the cashier's check. Then I could not find the title company. Ryan was calling me and finally took to the streets to flag me down to lead me to the building. I call this above and beyond the call of duty!I will recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a great realtor!
