Kristen Newell is a dedicated real estate professional with deep market knowledge throughout South Central Wisconsin, including Dane, Sauk, Columbia, and Jefferson counties. Known for her genuine approach and detail-focused guidance, Kristen supports clients across residential, commercial, and investment real estate with clear communication and thoughtful strategy.
In addition to helping buyers and sellers, Kristen is actively growing her own multifamily and rental portfolio. This firsthand experience allows her to better advise clients who are building long-term wealth or expanding into investment opportunities. She also stays closely connected within the industry, collaborating with other agents, investors, and business owners to ensure her clients receive well-rounded insight and high-level support. Kristen is committed to delivering a smooth, elevated, and truly white-glove experience. From preparing luxury listings to coordinating with trusted partners, she focuses on creating a seamless process where every detail is handled with care.
She serves on the Sun Prairie Park, Recreation & Forestry Commission since 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from UW–Stout, but is originally from Wisconsin Dells. Fun fact: Kristen designed the official Wisconsin Dells city logo for her hometown.
Outside of real estate, Kristen enjoys time with her husband and two boys, staying active with volleyball and exploring local parks and the community.
